Car booked in for the day for simple pads and tire change. Left at garage at 9:15. Not done on day 1 and still on the ramp on day 2 when I arrived to collect at rearranged time with still no work done. Poor service riddled with lies and excuses as to why not being done. Leasing company had not even been contacted to agree the work.
